Energy Vital Force

Chakras, auras, and prana are concepts that originate from ancient Indian spiritual traditions and are still widely discussed in various spiritual and holistic practices today.

Chakras are thought to be centers of energy that exist within the body, with each chakra associated with specific physical and emotional qualities. The seven primary chakras are the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras.

Auras are believed to be energy fields that surround living beings, and can be seen by some individuals with clairvoyant abilities or detected through various types of equipment. Auras are thought to reflect a person's physical, emotional, and spiritual state.

Prana is the life force energy that flows through all living things. It is thought to be a subtle energy that can be directed and controlled through various practices, such as pranayama breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga.

Sources for these concepts include ancient Indian spiritual texts such as the Vedas, Upanishads, and Yoga Sutras, as well as more recent works like "The Serpent Power" by Arthur Avalon and "Eastern Body, Western Mind" by Anodea Judith. There are also numerous contemporary studies exploring the effects of practices like yoga and meditation on physical and mental health, as well as studies investigating the ability to detect auras or measure subtle energies.

It should be noted that while these concepts are still discussed in spiritual and holistic practices, they are not widely accepted in the scientific community, and there is a lack of empirical evidence supporting their existence.
